OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSORS: Wolfe Video, PO Box 64, New Almaden, CA 95042;

2. ENTRY: All persons registered or updated between October 15th, 2009 and February 14th, 2010 at 11:59 pm EST. For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times are Eastern Time. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter this Sweepstakes. To enter, go to http://www.WolfeVideo.com/contest/the-dinah-2010/ and fill out the form. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor if you change your e-mail address. To do so, email us at info@wolfevideo.com.

3. LIMITATIONS: Multiple entries are NOT allowed in this contest. Open only to persons 18 or older by February 14th, 2009. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 states or Washington, D.C. and not employees of the Sponsors; its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies; the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them; nor members of their immediate families or same households are able to enter the contest. The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the United States; inaccurate, forged, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, tampered with, misdirected, delayed or late Entries; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Registration information; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; each of which potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.

4. PRIZES: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Round Trip airfare for 2 to Palm Springs, California * plus 5 nights double-occupancy at one of the fabulous official hotels of The Dinah and VIP Passes for two to the entire amazing line-up at The Dinah 2010 (March 31-April 4) plus a personal poolside visit with the stars of AND THEN CAME LOLA.

*Flight departures are available from any major North American airport on this LIST (click to see the list of eligible valid origins for this contest). Winner is responsible for all ground transport to and from the departing airport; and to and from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) on arrival.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 A.M., October 15th, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M., February 14th, 2010. On or about February 15th, 2010, in a random drawing, winners will be selected from all registered contestants. Odds of winning depend on the total number of persons registered.

6. WINNERS: Will be notified by e-mail, phone or US mail on or about  February 20th, 2010. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (1) failure of a potential winner to respond to notification within ten (10) days of transmission; (2) the return of any notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) failure of a potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days from the date of transmission; (4) the return of any notification as undeliverable; or (5) any other non-compliance with the Rules.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this sweepstakes agrees that: (1) he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; (2) the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be returned; (3) none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from sweepstakes participation; the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in any prize related activity; or from computer downloading any sweepstakes information; (4) the prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); (5) any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited; and (6) Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept any prize for any reason. (7) Entrants of the contest will automatically be added to the Wolfe Video email list to receive weekly updates and special.
